Diving into the Depth

Sometimes, people ask me, "Is healing possible for me in this lifetime?" I don’t have the answer, and I won’t promise something beyond my knowing. But what I have come to understand is this: healing isn’t something the mind can control. It unfolds when we’re truly ready—when something deeper within us allows it.

Readiness isn’t about forcing or fixing. It’s about turning inward, exploring the depths of our own being. It can feel like free-diving into the ocean, descending without equipment—just trust. The deeper we go, the darker it gets. Doubt and fear may rise—maybe even the fear of losing ourselves. But if we keep going, we might see small lights in the distance—the longings of fellow divers shining in the depths.

As we go deeper, focus and efficiency become a matter of survival. Each breath, each movement, each decision carries weight. Yet, in this stillness, we are greeted by the graceful presence of colorful fish, the playful dance of dolphins. Companions. Signs that we are not alone.

And then, at last, a golden light emerges—a treasure chest resting on the ocean floor.✨✨✨

That treasure is ours. It has always been there, waiting to be found.

In that moment, something shifts. The weight of suffering, fear, and pain begins to lift. But this journey isn’t about perfection or getting it right the first time. It’s okay to surface for air when we need to. What matters is that we don’t give up—that we keep returning, diving a little deeper each time.

Healing isn’t a race or a destination. It’s a journey of rediscovering what has been within us all along. 💃😍🎉
